| NSW Boxers must be registered with BA/NSW and NSW Combat Sports. |
| BAL Technical and Competition rules will apply. |
| Boxers must train out of a Boxing NSW or Member Association affiliated gym/club |
| Only Red or Blue shorts/skirts and vest will be permitted, Red mouthguards will not. |
| Age categories will be determined using a boxer’s year of birth . |
| Under 15 Boxers: Born 2005, Junior boxers: Born 2004-2005, Youth Boxers: Born 2002-2003, Elite Boxers: Born 2001-1980, Masters Boxers: Born 1979-OPEN |
| Weights for Youth/Elite/Masters (Male) 46-49, 52, 56, 60, 64, 69, 75, 81, 91, 91+ |
| Weights for Youth/Elite/Masters (Female) 45-48, 51, 54, 57, 60, 64, 69, 75, 81, 81+ |
| Weight categories for Under15/Junior 22,24,26,28,30,32,34,36,38,40,42,44,46,48,50,52,54,57,60,63,66,70,75,80,80+ |
| Boxers must declare all competition bouts in any individual combat sport. |
| Number of bouts entered on your nomination form must be correct at time of weigh-in. |
| Youth and Elite (Male/Female) Open boxers will compete over 3x3 minute rounds, All other divisions will compete over 3x2 minute rounds including under 15 |
| Weigh-in times are set by BA/NSW and are strict and not negotiable. |
| Boxers will only be required to weigh-in on the days that they are scheduled to compete. There will be no general weigh-in. |
| The weight category that you nominate will be final and cannot be altered on the day of competition. |
| Boxers that have previously won a State Title championship or have competed at a national representative tournament (ie. B fighter Nationals) will only be eligible to enter this competition in the open class |
| In anticipation of large number of entries in some divisions and requiring a 3rd or 4th day to reach a decision, those Quater finals or finals may be contested at a separate PCYC event. |
| Please complete nomination forms precisely and correctly including coach’s phone number. Some boxers may end up in divisions with no opponents, PCYC matchmaker will contact coaches to discuss possible options for those boxers before the draw is conducted. |
| PCYC will not be responsible for nomination forms that are completed incorrectly. |
